The General Election to elect the next City Court Judge in the City of Troy will be held on November 8th, 2022 from 6:00 am to 9:00 pm.

Absentee Voting
Absentee voting is an option for anyone who is absent from the county at the time of the election, or unable to appear personally at a polling place because of illness, disability, hospitalization, detainment, or other reasons defined under the New York Election Law.
The term "illness" also includes instances where voters are unable to appear personally because there is a risk of contracting or spreading a disease that may cause illness to the voter or other members of the public, such as COVID-19.

Voters can submit an application for an absentee ballot by mail, fax, or web portal until October 24th.

Voters can request an absentee ballot in person until November 7th.
